It doesn't seem to have cloud saves on EGS. The saves are stored to 'Documents\Horizon Zero Dawn\Saved Game', so you can upload them manually somewhere, but not to EGS apparently. What's weird, is GG said they added support for them with the 1.08 patch, but EGS still says you can't sync to cloud manually with Horizon Zero Dawn.
